I. Application

--Connect single-phase or three-phase insulated cables to other equipment such as transformers, switchgear, branch boxes, etc. through 630A prefabricated connectors.

--Suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.

--Maximum system voltage 24kV

--Continuous rated current 630A (900A overload can last for 8 hours)

II. Performance

--When matched with suitable sleeves or plugs, provide fully shielded and fully sealed separable connections;

--Can operate underwater and under other harsh conditions for a long time;

--The built-in capacitor test point is used to determine the live state of the circuit and must be used in conjunction with a live display;

V. Product Structure

1. Double headed bolt: Stainless steel bolts ensure a tight fit between the conductor and the sleeve.

2. Insulation layer: The unique formula and mixing technology ensure the high-quality of prefabricated EPDM insulation rubber.

3. Insulators: Epoxy resin insulators contain threaded metal parts to ensure a tight fit with double headed bolts.

4. Inner semiconductive layer: Prefabricated EPDM conductive rubber effectively controls electrical stress.

5. Stress cone: Different sizes of stress cones are used in conjunction with cable joints to ensure water tightness and cable stress release.

6. Grounding eye: pre embedded in the external shield for connecting the grounding wire.

7. Outer semiconducting layer: Prefabricated EPDM conductive rubber overlaps with the cable shielding layer to ensure continuous shielding and ensure the outer semiconducting layer

The conductive layer is in a grounded state.

8. Crimp terminals: Full copper or copper aluminum crimp terminals are suitable for copper or aluminum conductors.
